Your choice
Use the Cookie settings button on any page to accept or reject analytics. Rejecting does not affect your enquiry. Withdrawing consent stops further tracking and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies from this site.

What analytics measures
We measure page visits, phone-link clicks, WhatsApp-link clicks and successfully recorded enquiries. A click is not a completed call or conversation. We remove query strings and fragments from page addresses and do not send your postcode, name, contact details, property address or form answers to Google Analytics. Automatic form measurement and advertising features are disabled.
Google and your information
Google Analytics processes device and browser information, approximate location and cookie identifiers after consent. Google may process data outside the UK. Read how Google uses information from sites using its services and our privacy policy. Analytics event retention is two months; aggregated reports can remain available longer.
The enquiry and WhatsApp link
The two-step form temporarily holds the first-step postcode on our server for thirty minutes. The optional analytics success token does not contain that postcode. WhatsApp itself only opens when you choose its link.
Managing site data
Your browser settings also let you view, block or delete cookies and site data. Deleting the consent-choice cookie will cause us to ask again.
